So a smart home won't think for you, or even make decisions for you - but it will help you make the best decisions for you. This is the second part of the Smart Home Navigator: our aim is to help those who are thinking about building or renovating a house to see the smart home more clearly. Terms that are very fashionable in the media and advertising are often misleading or misunderstood - unfortunately there are also many misconceptions about smart homes.
