Lighting Control - Design Workshop with Gabriella Dorogi 8/6

For a room, we design good lighting if we have several different lamps and can switch them on and off according to our mood. However, it is cumbersome to switch so many lights individually. Architects, interior designers and interior decorators use quite a lot of lighting circuits, designing different general lighting, decorative lighting, mood lighting for houses. These are virtually impossible to manage in the traditional way. You can't just put a bunch of switches on the wall like a finger pattern, you need a sophisticated lighting control system.

To deal with this problem, the practice is to call up lighting images. A single device is sufficient for this, with which different moods can be set for each button. We are not only talking about lighting, but also, for example, in the case of a home theatre, about the different functions or temperature settings. The difference in temperature and humidity between rooms with different uses, such as a spa or a lounge, also needs to be managed. If many rooms need to be controlled, we can even visualise the lighting using a wall-mountable iPad, making it easier for users.
