Sustainable building

Despite its gigantic size, the building will be certified under 3 green rating systems to recognise its green design: LEED, Green Building Index (GBI) and GreenRE.

"We are particularly proud of the fact that, among other things, around 5,800 Theben devices are to be installed in the area of time and lighting control, including time shift controllers in the car park, dimming controllers in the podium area and shading controllers in the restaurant areas," notes CEO Paul Sebastian Schwenk (Theben AG). VARIA control panels are used to control DALI and KNX devices in stairwells, corridors, restrooms and office areas.

KNX: open technology

Because of the open technology and the future expandability and flexibility, KNX was chosen as the building automation standard for building control. The design and integration is carried out by experienced KNX specialists. Even before the project, a successful cooperation was established with Seikou Systec Sdn. Bhd and Theben AG. Theben has an excellent reputation as a world leader in time and lighting control, climate control and KNX building automation.

Theben is represented in Hungary by Elektro-Kamleithner Kft.
